Two More Days in the US of A's

The California Lohse Crew (TCLC), Mom, Pop, John, Thomas and Erick's GF Charlotte, returned last night from their trip to Cali. wishing Erick a fond farewell. He leaves bright and early on Thursday morning to head to Iraq. It is a LONG trip. He told the TCLC that it would take about 9 days for them to get there. First a stop in North Carolina to pick up some weapons, then a refueling in Germany, then to Kuwait then into helicopters and into Iraq.

(Don't worry if you sent a letter to the previous address, according to the TCLC all mail sent to Cali. will be forwarded for a month.)

OR you can use MotoMail which is a website set up for writing to soldiers. Supposedly snail mail can take weeks to get to them while MotoMail takes about 24 hours. You type your letter and it goes via the intertnet to the MotoMail people who print it, seal it and send it. You have to register, but it is pretty simple, I just did it. At one point you have to pick Erick's unit and it is towards the bottom of the list.
